A to Z Challenge | W is for Weather 6

Day 23 of my mental health themed A to Z Challenge is W for weather. Seasonal Affective Disorder I’ve always been happier in the summer. Sunshine and blue skies instantly make me feel happier. With the nicer weather it is time for holidays, camping trips, lots of walks, BBQs and my birthday! On a day with thick grey clouds my mood is lower, I feel less cheerful and hopeful.
