Three years ago I wrote a 30 before 30 list. Writing this list was a way of focusing my mind. Moreover it was a way of challenging myself. Not to mention it was a way of planning fun things to do! One long weekend and I managed to tick off 3 items on my 30 before 30 list. 3 years ago I wrote a list of 30 things that I wanted to complete before I was 30. Making changes for a positive impact on your wellbeing 32

So I haven’t been feeling great recently. It’s something that I’ve briefly mentioned in my weekly gratitude posts #FridayFive.
