Gratitude is supposed to lead to happiness and a more positive attitude, so here’s my #FridayFive which are five things that I’m grateful for. Join in! What are you grateful for?

I’m grateful that my beloved Milly is okay. I had to take her to the vets on Monday with a poorly paw. Thankfully after a few days of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers and salt water washes she is doing much better.

I’m pleased and grateful that the first ever Norwich Mental Health Mates went well.

I’m grateful for my blogging friends who responded to this post with wise, kind words when I needed it. A bit of rest, reading (and taking in!) their wisdom really helped.

I was very grateful to spend the day with my sister last weekend. Walking, lunch and a bit of shopping and lots and lots of chatting!

I am grateful for my pilates class. I’m grateful that I can afford to go and can find the time to take an hour for myself. I’m grateful that I can move, stretch and bend my body. I’m grateful that I can do something good for myself.
Hi Lauren,
I had a struggle myself this week, as I have been down with the ‘Flu. However;
1) Grateful for the fact that the worst of this recent illness seems to be over.
2) Grateful for very little rain this past week, so I could walk Ollie without getting soaked.
3) Grateful for the return of the inspiration to blog again.
4) Grateful for having the highest stats for views in one week, ever since I started my blog.
5) Grateful for the blogging community who stuck with me when I wasn’t posting anything.
Best wishes, Pete.
