#FridayFive – week two

Gratitude is supposed to lead to happiness and a more positive attitude, so here’s my #FridayFive which are five things that I’m grateful for. Join in! What are you grateful for?
1. It’s been a beautiful sunny winters day with gorgeous blue skies today, lifting my spirits.

2. I’m grateful for a lovely late afternoon walk with Milly taking in all the colours of the sky as the sun set.

3. I’m grateful that my mind and body have been feeling better this week, I’ve had a lot less headaches!

4. I’m grateful that I was able to go to clubbercise and Pilates classes this week.

5. I’m grateful for the yummy chocolate cake that I had at work this afternoon!

Let me know what you think

    That’s a good list, Lauren.
I will accept your invitation to participate. (In no particular order…)
    1) I am grateful that I was able to retire when I was 60, and never have to work again.
    2) I am grateful for the love and devotion of my dog, who never expects anything from me.
    3) I am grateful for being married to a loving wife who does her best to put up with me.
    4) I am grateful to my extended family, who always include me in everything.
    5) I am grateful to Blogging. For keeping my mind active, and introducing me to so many people I would never have met.
    Have a good weekend.
    Best wishes, Pete.

I like this idea! I’ll join in, too:

    1. The weather has warmed up. The temperature went from winter to spring straight through to summer in the space of a week. Now we have fog and the occasional cool rain. It’s beautiful.
    2. I was grateful to spend time with my parents and their pets yesterday. I’m grateful for my parents’ support. I’m visiting again for a mid-day dog walk tomorrow.
    3. I’m grateful for fun games and puzzles. It’s a little thing, but I like them.
    4. I’m grateful for knowing incredible people who are passionate about the things important to them.
    5. I’m grateful for time and space for self-care.
