I have recently read the new book How to be Champion by Sarah Millican. It’s an autobiography, so not a usual book that I would review for my blog. But I believe that there are many reasons why you should read this book! It is a positive, inspiring book which is very good for your mental health. It has been a tricky week filled with anxiety and panic but it’s been nice to sit down and think about what I have to be grateful for! Practicing gratitude is supposed to lead to happiness and a more positive attitude, so here’s my #FridayFive which are the five things that I am grateful for this week.
