So I haven’t been feeling great recently. It’s something that I’ve briefly mentioned in my weekly gratitude posts #FridayFive. Jen Sincero is the new author in the self help book world. Well, I say new to the self help book world this book was published in 2013 in the USA but only released here in the UK last year.
