Self Care week

Today is the last day of self care week. This annual national campaign aims to empower all of us to take better care of our health and ourselves. It’s made me realise that self care is not just about your mental health, it’s about your physical health aswell and impacts your whole body’s wellbeing. Looking after number 1

That’s my plan for this evening, to look after me. I think it’s fair to say that a lot of the world is in shock. There feels like a lot of upheaval and a lot of change. The weather over here has changed recently. We had a mild October with some really warm here and now bam! November has brought wind, rain and the cold. End the Stigma 10

Today is World Mental Health Day. This is a brilliant chance to talk about mental health, to end the stigma and make sure that no one feels isolated or on their own. Time to change – the campaign to end mental health discrimination wants no one to feel ashamed to talk about mental health. Well I do.
