Weekend Coffee Share 8/5/2016


If we were having coffee… I would be drinking Summer Fruits squash as I am now! We’re having a heatwave here in England so I’m making sure to drink plenty of water.

I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish this week. I felt pretty miserable last bank holiday Monday and I don’t really know why. But I think that put me out of sorts for the rest of the week! Even though it was only a four day week at work it felt l-o-n-g… I haven’t been as active, didn’t hit my Fitbit step target all week. Pilates class was good. Did a lot of reading and finally posted by book review of Gala Darling’s Radical Self Love book.

It’s been a good weekend though. Yesterday we headed to the North Norfolk coast for a glorious walk in the sunshine. 6 mile walk and 18,000 steps yesterday 🙂 it was lovely to spend time walking and chatting with my partner, eating fish finger sandwiches and flapjack in Sherimgham and Milly loved it too!

Gardening this morning and now a lazy afternoon. Hoping to stay positive this week. I’m looking forward to starting the Kindness Challenge. Hope you have a good week!
