When I’m in worrying mode 5

No #FridayFive from me today. My mood has been low recently, I’m feeling confused about what my life might like look over the next few months. Yesterday was very stressful and I need to take a little bit of time to look after myself. I’ve also been struggling with my blogging. What am I doing? Why am I doing it?
