1. It’s been a beautiful sunny winters day with gorgeous blue skies today, lifting my spirits.
2. I’m grateful for a lovely late afternoon walk with Milly taking in all the colours of the sky as the sun set.
3. I’m grateful that my mind and body have been feeling better this week, I’ve had a lot less headaches!
4. I’m grateful that I was able to go to clubbercise and Pilates classes this week.
5. I’m grateful for the yummy chocolate cake that I had at work this afternoon!
