I like to think that I’m a kind person. Kind to others that is, not normally myself. I tend to think kind thoughts, offer compliments, say please and Thankyou and hold the door open. So for me week 3 didn’t feel that different. Something I’ve realised is that without setting out my intentions I’ll blink and the week has gone past and I won’t have done anything differently. So I’m going to set out my intentions for the Kindness Challenge, combining Week 3 of radiating and thinking kindness and Week 4 of being kind.
- Say hello to everyone I pass on walks with Milly
- Make more effort to compliment others
- Think kind things, about myself, about others (particularly that one person who is annoying me a lot recently!) and about the world.
