Practicing gratitude is supposed to lead to happiness and a more positive attitude, so here’s my #FridayFive which are the five things that I am grateful for this week. Join in! What are you grateful for?

Practicing gratitude is supposed to lead to happiness and a more positive attitude. Join in with Lauren at Millys Guide to share your #FridayFive - what five things are you grateful for?

  1. Last weekend was a 4 day weekend! It still went super quick and didn’t feel like 4 days off but still it was nice. It wasn’t great weather but it was nice to get outside and do some gardening.
  2. I am really grateful for the lovely time I had with family this weekend eating 2 roast dinners!
  3. Had a lovely evening eating chilli with friends. I’m very grateful for friendship and Steph painting my nails bright blue!
  4. I’m grateful that we have booked a couple of nights away camping, I’m really looking forward to it.
  5. Milly – as ever, I’m very grateful for my best girl, Milly.

Bit of a struggle this week, as we are both unwell, and Ollie has a very bad ear infection. But here goes…

    1) Grateful for the long Bank Holiday break that allowed my wife to have some much-needed rest.
    2) Grateful for the NHS, that has served us both so well, during bouts of the ‘Winter Virus’.
    3) Grateful for the resilience of Ollie, a dog who endures so many problems, without complaint.
    4) Grateful for much encouraging interaction with new bloggers and new followers on WordPress.
    5) Grateful to have not had any rain, despite a downturn in the weather. Dry dog walks!

    Best wishes, Pete.
