I am 29 and I’ve realised that I’ve probably had mental health problems, low self esteem, anxiety, depression since I was a teenager. Probably 15 years!! It’s only now that I’m able to accept that. It’s only now I’m starting to realise what I need to do to take care of myself, how to self care, to get well, stay well and be happy. Yes there will be dark times and I’ll be honest about them but I don’t want to dwell on it. I don’t want this blog to be full of triggers for me or for you. I want this blog to be a place of honesty, positivity and happiness.
